Outdoor Oasis for Every Budget and Space

As things finally start to warm up here in Chicago, I’ve had outdoor decor on my mind. And after being cooped up in our house for several months now, summer and summer weather truly CAN NOT come soon enough! Itching to spend some days on our rooftop and soak up some sunshine

With so much time being spent at home, there’s never been a better time to create your very own outdoor oasis! And with Memorial Day weekend summer kick-off sales starting, now is the best time to buy!

One of my favorite places to buy outdoor pieces is All Modern, it’s where we got our outdoor sectional pictured above. It has held up great for 3 summers now. With no outdoor coverage, it has faired the Chicago seasonal elements really well. We leave the cushions out when it rains and they dry just fine with no dirt or water marks. It’s fantastic. You can shop our whole rooftop here.

I was so pumped when All Modern reached out to me to do a round-up of my favorite outdoor pieces. I got a little carried away, because there are so many great choices and ended up creating several different layout options - something for just about every space. From couch and chair sets, to sectionals, rugs and throw pillows. There’s something for small city balconies to front porches and backyard patios/decks.

Get the Look!

First up, this gorgeous neutral combo. It’s modern, sophisticated, looks super high-end, and ALL in under $2,000 for everything.

Lately I’ve been favoring the look of a couch and chairs over a sectional, both for indoor and outdoor spaces. However, it all depends on your space and what’s going to fit best, both from an aesthetic and functionality standpoint. What I love about…

Lately I’ve been favoring the look of a couch and chairs over a sectional, both for indoor and outdoor spaces. However, it all depends on your space and what’s going to fit best, both from an aesthetic and functionality standpoint. What I love about this look the most is this S,T.U.N.N.I.N.G couch.

DETAILS. DETAILS. DETAILS.

The sleek lines and details look so high-end, it could easily be something you’d find for thousands of dollars at a Restoration Hardware or Arhaus type store. I love that the seating cushion is a singular piece rather than divided into two or three sections. It’s this type detail that really make it look premium. Speaking of detail…take a look at the beautiful finishes of this piece and the fabric fasteners that secure the cushion to the arm rails!

Can you believe this piece is under $1,000! I’m 100% SOLD. Pair this beauty with a neutral rug, rattan chairs, and add in a touch of paradise with some potted palms and you’re basically on vacation. Shop all the details below.

Get a very similar look for slightly less by swapping out the couch and or firepit and get the ENTIRE look for just $1500. I love this sofa as well. It too has a sleek high-end look, and for $680 it truly can’t be beat.

Look for Slightly Less

Next up…sectionals

Once again I am blown away by the detail of this piece as well. I truly can not believe the price point for these gorgeous finishes. Just like the couch above, I’m loving that the seat cushions are one singular piece for each section, rather than broken up into multiples. Gorgeous cane basketweave detail on either side of the arm rails along with this teak wood finish make this piece feel so unique and premium for a fraction of what it looks like it should cost.

Pair this sectional with a fire pit to really cozy up and extend the longevity of the space past summer months, add a gorgeous geometric rug for a pop of added detail, and some complimentary neutral pillows in a variety of fabrics for added texture, and VOILA! You’ve got yourself a beautiful space for under $2,000.
